PCM Publishers has reached an agreement to transfer its 100% interest in ThiemeMeulenhoff to NDC|VBK.
Pinion – a division of NDC|VBK de uitgevers – has acquired a controlling interest in TechMedia. TechMedia is the publisher of Bright Magazine, the websites Bright.nl & Bright.TV, and organizer of the BrightLive event.
The management board of Hazewinkel Pers and Friese Pers have announced that they will merge to form a single newspaper publishing company, NDC mediagroep, as of 1 June 2007.
On 5 March, Kosmos Uitgevers launched its new brand strategy. All titles will now be published under the new Kosmos brand with the theme Ontdekken & Beleven ('Discover and Experience’).
